Veggie Broth Juice

Ingredients:

● 2 leeks chopped

● 4 celery chopped

● 2 garlic cloves minced

● 2 tbsp olive oil

● 2 golden beets chopped

● 2 sprigs of thyme

● 1 turmeric knob sliced

● 1 ginger knob sliced

● 4 litres water

Method 

Put all ingredients in a large pot and bring to boil. Simmer on low heat for 45-60 mins. Separate broth (juice) from vegetables/herbs through a strainer. Discard vegetables/herbs and drink broth only.

Add salt if required.
