Multivitamin Juice
Ingredients:

2 Carrots

1/4 Beet

1 Kale Leaf

1 Stalk of Celery

A handful of Spinach

2 Tomatoes

1/3 Cabbage

A handful of Parsley

The 8 vegetables in this juice are full of energy and essential nutrients which help fight fatigue. It might take some getting used to for the vegetable juicing beginner, but with time you can fully appreciate its cleansing properties.

Drink 3 time a week.

Preparation
Remove any green stems from the tomatoes
Cut the carrot length-ways in two halves
Chop the celery stalk into 20cm pieces
Roughly chop the kale
Slice the beetroot quarter into thin slices
Method
First juice the tomatoes followed by the parsley and spinach.
Next juice the carrots followed by the cabbage and kale.
Finish with the celery and beetroot last.
