Homemade Blueberry Mojito!

A simple and refreshing cocktail with fresh blueberries, mint, and lemon for the whole family!

Blueberry is well known for their great taste and the nutrients. Blueberries are low in calories, and high in fiber. The berries are a rich source of vita, vitamin K, vitamin B6, folate, potassium, copper, and manganese. They are low in carbohydrates and sodium and are high in water content. They are also abundant in antioxidants, especially anthocyanin, which is responsible for their deep blue color and powerful health benefits. Blueberries have the highest amount of antioxidants in them compared to all the foods! Consuming blueberries will help to reduce fatigue, recover visual acuity, and reduce the effect of aging ;)


Blueberry 120g,

Quarter of a lemon, Mint Leaves,

Sparkling water & Ice (crushed)


1. Wash ingredients well

2. Cut lemon into rings with skin and juice in the Kuvings Slow Juicer

3. Add sugar (depending on your preference) and mint to lemon juice

4. Juice blueberries in the Kuvings Slow Juicer

5. In a glass jar pour blueberry juice over ice and stir well

6. Combine with lemon juice and stir well

7. Add sparkling water and stir again

8. Garnish with mint and Voilà! :)

Tip – Pour sparkling water down the side slowly for gradation. Happy Juicing with Kuvings! :)
